HVAC Design

The correct study and dimensioning of the electromechanical installations of a building are particularly important as they are the heart of their operation. Electromechanical studies add value to the new installation by ensuring an excellent result, covering real needs and requirements, reducing operating costs and maintaining high safety standards.

ENAUSYS has specialized electrical and mechanical engineers and is the appropriate partner for the development of electrical and mechanical studies. Using appropriate software from Greek and foreign companies, we accurately design all the electrical and mechanical systems of a residential or industrial building.

In the mechanical field, we undertake the development of the following:

  • Sanitary Design (Plumbing – Sewage)
  • HVAC Design (Heating, Cooling, Ducts)
  • Fire fighting design (active and passive)
  • Elevator Design
  • Pool Design

Preliminary or detailed design?

A common problem faced by several architectural firms and construction companies is that the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) studies prepared during the building permit stage either have significant deficiencies or report things that are not implemented. Therefore, during the construction stage, aesthetic problems arise, extra costs are incurred, and continuous revisions of the studies are required, resulting in an overall delay in the project.

Our continuous involvement in construction has led us to produce fully applicable MEP designs. Depending on the requirements, the final outputs are either high-precision 2-D or 3-D using BIM technology. All studies are based on compliance with modern Greek and European regulations, as well as technical specifications and requirements, to ensure the design of reliable and safe installations.
